The Australian Council of Trade Unions put the plight of young workers under the spotlight at the first ACTU Youth Congress last month.

Congress explored ways to improve the rights of young people in the workplace.

Statistics show young people are among the most vulnerable workers: more at risk of injury, more likely to be bullied and harassed, and find it more difficult to exercise their workplace rights.
