Homestyle goodies BREAD is still one of the shopping list items we all have to go into the supermarkets for.

And we select the loaf that somehow looks fresh without touching or smelling it. Katie Faulkner is happy to change your mind, that you no longer need to buy the sad looking loaf at the supermarket.

Owner and baker at the Wonky Loaf, she enlists her German roots and insists she knows a good loaf when she sees one.

"Wonky loaves are all handmade, organic wild yeast sourdough breads made using traditional techniques, the only machinery I use is the oven, and incorporating some modern methods to produce the best bread possible," Katie said.
