A CLASSIC Queensland outback pub has gone on the market as either a leasehold or going concern sale with expectations of strong interest from hoteliers.
With the operators of the Queensland Hotel Goondiwindi seeking to retire, the freehold owner has also decided to put the asset on the market.
The sale will be the first time a going concern hotel has been to market in the southwestern township since the previous purchase of the pub in 1995, by the current owner.
