ACT public sector nurses and midwives rejected a pay increase of 2% per annum over four years made by the state government, at a members meeting last month.
In response to the government's offer the ANF ACT Branch provided a 'fair and reasonable' counter proposal, seeking better pay and assurances that current entitlements would be maintained.
