AS THE gyms are closed, we now have many extra people using coastal paths for early morning exercise - especially joggers and runners, who often seem to travel in packs of two.

Generally, they show a lack of awareness of what is appropriate by continuing to run side-by-side, instead of moving to single file as a courtesy to approaching regular walkers who have been using the paths for years before this pandemic and the necessity for any social distancing.
