Many of us are now at work following the festive season. I hope you are all rested, refreshed and ready to take on the world! It is also the time of year when many of our graduate nurses begin their careers as registered nurses. Indeed, it is a time when we need to nurture this new cohort of nurses: it is our responsibility, I am confident if you looked back to your first day as a nurse, you would remember how terrified you felt.
